What is the delivery time?

This depends on the shipping method you choose and the country where the order is delivered:
Shipping Netherlands
We offer three options for shipping your order within the Netherlands:
- Standard delivery: ordered before 3 p.m., delivered tomorrow. (Monday - Friday) - (depending on the carrier)
Your package will be delivered by PostNL.
Shipping Belgium
We offer two options for shipping your order within Belgium:
- Standard delivery: ordered before 3 p.m., shipped today. (Monday Friday)
The delivery time for Belgium is 1-2 working days. PostNL also delivers on Saturdays. Shipping is via PostNL or Bpost
Holidays and peak times
Around holidays and peak times, delivery may take a little longer than you are used to from us. We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, always keep a close eye on the track and trace.

It is currently not possible to choose a PostNL collection point immediately when completing your order. With PostNL, when delivering in the Netherlands, it is in some cases possible to adjust your delivery via the track and trace link to delivery at a PostNL ServicePoint, delivery to the neighbors or delivery to a location around your house. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the order will automatically be sent to the nearest PostNL location.

Is this not the case, but does the track & trace indicate that the package has been delivered? Then it is best to contact our customer service. You can do this by sending an email to info@vdsinstruments.nl.

Always contact us (within 48 hours of receipt) by email at info@vds Instruments.nl . Send photos if necessary and always send the order number. Without an order number we cannot find any information about your product.
