The SX SJB/ALD/NA is the top-of-the-line model in the ALD Series and offers everything you'd expect from a high-quality J-style electric bass. This Natural version, with its transparent high-gloss finish, beautifully showcases the carefully selected USA alder. This traditional tonewood not only provides a luxurious look but also delivers a powerful, detailed sound with excellent sustain and presence. The '70s-inspired styling and construction make this bass a true eye-catcher and a tonal powerhouse.
The neck and fingerboard are crafted from select Canadian maple for optimal playability and stability. The double truss rod provides extra strength, and the black position markers contrast beautifully with the light fingerboard. With two single-coil pickups and a classic 2x volume / 1x tone configuration, you have complete control over your sound. Vintage-style chrome hardware completes the package. This bass demonstrates that SX is also more than capable at the higher end of the scale.
