Information regarding warranty & returns

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Returns are free, with the exception of digital pianos. For digital pianos, the costs of returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@vdsinstrumenten.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received back in good order. Exceptions to returns

 Please note: Exclusion from the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

1. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.
2. that have been created by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications;
3. that are clearly personal in nature;
4. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
5. that can spoil or age quickly;
6. the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
7. for loose newspapers and magazines;
8. for audio and video recordings and computer software if the consumer has broken the seal.

Return conditions:

1. Return period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Condition of the Item: We would appreciate it if items were in their original condition and original packaging. All protective film must be present.
3. Return costs: The costs for return shipping are free, unless the product is damaged; in that case, the return costs must be paid to us, for which you will automatically receive an invoice. Some items are not covered by free returns. Please refer to the general terms and conditions for this.
4. Processing of Returns: After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions: Items such as personalized products and custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Also, hygiene products cannot be returned.
6. Refund policy: If the product is damaged due to careless handling by the consumer themselves, the consumer is liable for any depreciation of the product.
7. Returning: We can only process returns that have been requested by us and are provided with a return number. Items returned without a number and request will be refused.
