Description
The Acus Simon 8 is an acoustic amplifier with 200 watts of power for guitar, vocals, and other acoustic instruments. The 8-inch bass speaker and 1-inch dome tweeter provide a frequency response from 50 Hz to 20 kHz. You get three individually controllable channels with jack and balanced XLR inputs, switchable phantom power, and a 3-band EQ per channel. This allows you to adjust instruments and microphones separately.
The Simon 8 has built-in effects, three compressor modes, and an AUX channel with its own volume and 2-band EQ. With the included BT100 receiver, you can stream audio via Bluetooth. The angled cabinet makes it practical for use as a floor monitor, and the 36 mm flange allows you to mount the amplifier on a speaker stand. The balanced XLR DI output enables a direct connection to a mixing console or PA system.
