Description
Description
The Ibanez AE170 TBK from the AE series is an electro-acoustic western guitar with a solid Sitka spruce top and a flamed maple back and sides. This wood combination provides a clear, balanced sound with tight bass tones and clear high tones. The X-M Bracing supports the resonance and ensures that the guitar responds well to both soft and powerful playing. Thanks to the slightly deeper AE body and the cutaway, you play comfortably and can easily reach the higher frets. The Transparent Black High Gloss finish brings out the beautiful wood structure of the flamed maple well.
The maple neck with Comfort Grip profile and the Thermo Aged ovangkol fretboard offer a pleasant playing experience. The scalloped bridge is also made of Thermo Aged ovangkol, which contributes to a good transfer of string vibrations. With the Ibanez T-bar Undersaddle element and the AEQ-TP2 preamp, you can easily connect the guitar to an amplifier or mixing console. The built-in tuner and two-band equalizer give you direct control over your sound. Thanks to the jack and balanced XLR connection, the AE170 TBK is also suitable for performances. The A.I.R. port on the side ensures that you hear yourself better while playing.
