The Cort KX500EDV is a high-performance electric guitar , designed for guitarists who want an extremely versatile and modern tone combined with a stylish and aggressive look . The mahogany body offers a warm, full resonance, while the ash root veneer top adds a unique aesthetic. The Etched Dark Violet (EDV) finish makes this guitar a real eye-catcher and gives it a futuristic and luxurious look.
The 5-piece Purpleheart maple neck provides extra stability, a faster response, and a tight low end. Combined with the Macassar ebony fingerboard and 400mm radius , this guitar delivers a fast, smooth playing experience , ideal for both complex chords and lightning-fast solos.
Thanks to the Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers, the KX500EDV offers a wide range of tones. Push/pull functions on both the volume and tone controls allow you to switch between two different voices for each pickup , from tight high gain to organic cleans. Additionally, the push/pull tone control allows you to split the humbuckers , adding even more tonal options.
The single hardtail bridge with string-through-body construction provides maximum sustain and tuning stability , while the sealed locking tuners ensure fast and accurate tuning. The black nickel hardware adds an extra cool, high-end look.
