Description
The Fender 0990902920 is a high-quality replacement Jazz Bass neck, crafted from roasted maple and produced in Fender's factory in Ensenada, Mexico. The use of roasted maple not only gives the neck a warm, dark appearance but also offers increased stability and sustain. Thanks to its comfortable "Flat Oval" profile, a modern 12" radius, and 20 jumbo frets, this neck is ideal for fast and dynamic playing styles, while the rounded fingerboard edges provide a smooth, played-in feel.
The satin urethane finish on the back provides effortless hand movement, while the gloss headstock maintains that classic Fender look. This neck is designed for installation on a Fender® or Squier® Jazz Bass, but may require additional modifications such as nut shaping, fretwork, or a precise fit within the body. It features a synthetic bone nut and a modern truss rod with headstock access.
