Description
The TAD VMC100 Mustard is a 0.100 µF capacitor in a classic Film-to-Foil aluminum/polyethylene (Alu/PE) design, inspired by the original Mullard/Philips types from the 1960s. This capacitor was designed for use in British tube amplifiers of that period, but also delivers excellent results in guitars and basses with passive tone controls.
The 0.100 µF value is particularly well-suited for Fender Stratocaster and Telecaster models, as well as Fender Precision and Jazz Bass. Its warm, musical tone and reliable build quality make this capacitor a logical choice for vintage upgrades, custom wiring, or restoring classic equipment to its original tonal characteristics.
