The Flight Maia Baritone EQ-A is a unique baritone ukulele from the Princess Series and differs from traditional models through its use of steel strings. The solid mango top produces a warm and vibrant tone, while the laminated rosewood back and sides add depth and resonance. The result is a clear, dynamic sound with plenty of projection.

With a 510 mm scale and baritone tuning (DGBE), this instrument feels familiar to guitarists. Thanks to its steel strings and acoustic body, the Maia has a powerful and sparkling character reminiscent of a small tenor guitar. The satin-finished neck plays comfortably, and the cutaway provides better access to the higher frets. The active Double C1U pickup makes the ukulele easy to amplify or record.
