The Yamaha Genos 2 is a professional arranger workstation with 76 velocity-sensitive FSX keys and aftertouch. It offers 1991 voices, 75 drum and SFX kits, and 800 accompaniment styles, 200 of which are completely new. Thanks to the combination of Yamaha AWM sound generation and the legendary DX7 FM engine, the Genos 2 delivers a broad sound palette, from realistic acoustic instruments to classic FM synthesizer sounds. New features such as Ambient Drums, Style Dynamics Control, and Steinberg REVelation Reverb give you extra control over dynamics, space, and expression during every performance.

The clear 9-inch touchscreen with anti-reflective coating and the revamped controls with LED-lit faders and knobs make the instrument easy to navigate during rehearsals and performances. Functions like Chord Looper, Playlist, Registration, Vocal Harmony, and Synth Vocoder allow for quick workflow and flexible playing. Additionally, you can easily connect a microphone, external display, or USB devices. With 15 GB of internal memory, 3 GB of expansion memory, and support for Yamaha Expansion Manager, you can easily expand the Genos 2 with additional voices and styles.
