Description
NitorLACK N167039108 is a dual-coat polyurethane lacquer in the color Trans Candy Apple Red , a legendary Fender color first used in 1963. Inspired by the glossy finish of caramelized apples, this was Leo Fender's favorite color. The lacquer is semi-transparent and is traditionally applied over a silver or gold base coat to create a depth of field while still allowing the metallic particles to subtly show through.
This varnish is part of the NitorPOL series , designed for professional use. The formula combines fast drying, high scratch and impact resistance, and excellent protection against UV and aging. For perfect application, the mixing ratio is 2:1 with hardener ref. 100144 , and a 10% dilution with Nitorlack solvent is recommended.
