Description
The Cremona CSV-75 Premier Novice is a complete 4/4-size violin set, perfect for the beginning violinist. This set is ready to play and offers excellent value for schools and music institutions. The violin is hand-carved entirely from solid spruce and maple, with a warm DS Brown lacquer finish. The ebony-look fittings, an oiled neck for comfortable play, and high-quality D'Addario Prelude strings combine to provide a reliable and musical playing experience from the very first note.
The CSV-75 features a lightweight composite tailpiece with four integrated fine tuners, making tuning easy. The set also includes a well-balanced Anton Breton AB-110 Brazilwood bow and a sturdy, molded archtop case with a nylon shell. This violin is designed with the correct string height, string spacing, and neck curvature for accurate intonation and playing comfort—ideal for beginners in the world of classical music.
Cremona violins are perfectly comparable in sound and build quality to the well-known Stentor violins, but offer a significant advantage: every Cremona violin is fully set up by an experienced luthier. This means the instrument is delivered ready to play, with carefully adjusted bridge, fingerboard, post, and strings – exactly as it should be.
This personalized setup not only ensures a comfortable playing experience from the very first note, but also optimal tone and intonation. Ideal for both beginning and advanced violinists who want to get off to a good start.
