The NUX Optima Air is a dual-switch acoustic simulator and preamplifier specifically designed for both electric and acoustic guitarists . Featuring IR technology, the Optima Air simulates realistic acoustic guitar profiles , optimized for your guitar and pickup type.

This pedal features an integrated IR loader , a preamp with 3-band EQ and gain control , and an additional reverb effect with just one knob. The SEND/RETURN effects loop makes it easy to integrate the Optima Air into your signal chain.

In addition, the Optima Air has a unique profile recording function , which allows you to capture the tone of your own favorite acoustic guitar and save it as an Impulse Response (IR) file .
