The Ashdown SX-50H is a powerful tube amp head designed for guitarists who demand maximum flexibility and tonal quality. With 50 watts of power delivered by two EL34 tubes in the power amp and three ECC83 tubes in the preamp, this amp offers a rich and responsive tube tone that switches effortlessly between clean, crunch, and lead via its three discrete channels. The integrated reverb and 4-band EQ give you extensive control over your tone, from warm and round to aggressive and cutting.

The SX-50H features an effects loop for seamlessly integrating external effects and a footswitch jack for quickly switching channels while performing. With an external speaker output and a jack input, it's easy to combine with a variety of speaker cabinets. Despite its power, it remains compact and lightweight at a relatively light 12.4 kg, making it ideal for both live performances and studio use.
