More information about this Ernie Ball
More information about this Ernie Ball
The Ernie Ball 2214 Mammoth Slinky electric guitar strings are designed for guitarists who push their instruments to the limit. With an impressive gauge of .012 to .062 inches, this set is ideal for extremely low tunings like drop C, drop B, or even A, without sacrificing tension or tone definition. The string tension remains tight and controlled, essential for heavy riffs, djent, sludge, and modern metal styles.
The Mammoth Slinky set is crafted from high-quality nickel steel, which delivers a bright attack, deep lows, and excellent tuning stability—even with aggressive playing. The combination of heavy tension and premium materials produces a solid, defined tone with maximum sustain. Perfect for guitarists who demand ultimate control and volume with every stroke.
