The Ernie Ball 3006 set contains three complete sets of acoustic guitar strings with an extra light gauge of 10–50. The strings are made of 80/20 bronze, a combination of copper and zinc. This provides a bright sound with great detail and clear overtones. Suitable for strumming and fingerpicking where you want to maintain definition.
The wound strings have a hexagonal, tinned steel core. This keeps them stable and helps them hold their tuning well. The light tension allows for smooth playing with less resistance.
