Description
The Fender Roasted Maple Jazz Bass® neck offers a perfect combination of vintage looks, modern playability, and enhanced stability. Made at the Fender factory in Ensenada, Mexico, this original replacement neck features a comfortable "Modern C" profile and a 9.5"-radius maple fingerboard with 20 medium-jumbo frets. The roasted maple provides extra sustain, a deep tone, and is more resistant to humidity and temperature fluctuations.
The fingerboard and headstock face are finished with a gloss urethane lacquer, while the back of the neck has a satin finish for a smooth playing feel. The pre-bolted synthetic bone nut includes guide slots for precise string positioning during finishing. Featuring the classic “spaghetti” Fender logo, this neck is the ideal upgrade for any J Bass® and fits both Fender and Squier® bodies.
