The Mahalo MJ2CE3TS from the Java Series is a stylish concert ukulele with a cutaway design and high-quality electro-acoustic performance. The nato body with arched back and mahogany neck deliver a rich, full tone with plenty of projection. The three-tone sunburst high-gloss finish beautifully showcases the wood grain and gives the instrument a classic look.
For amplified sound, this model features a premium B-Band transducer system with built-in tuner, volume, and tone controls. Unlike standard piezo pickups, this system functions like a condenser microphone and delivers a faithful reproduction of the acoustic sound. Together with Aquila Super Nylgut strings, a Graph Tech NuBone XB saddle, and gold-plated Waverly-style tuners, the MJ2CE3TS delivers optimal tone and reliability. The ukulele comes with a deluxe padded gig bag and shoulder strap.
