Description
The Martin & Co MA130S is a custom light string set for acoustic guitar with gauges 0115–047. These silk & steel strings have a round core that is first wrapped with a soft layer, followed by a silver-plated copper winding. This provides a warm, soft sound with less sharp attack.
Due to their special construction, the strings feel smooth and require less finger pressure. This makes them suitable for fingerstyle and acoustic styles such as folk and singer-songwriter. You play comfortably and get a subtle, controlled tone.
