NitorLACK N177008108 NitorPOL Acrylic Lacquer Inca Silver – 500 ml Can

NitorLACK N177008108 is a one-component acrylic lacquer in the color Inca Silver , inspired by the classic Chevy Corvette of the late 1950s. Fender included this metallic silver color in its Custom Color program from 1960 to 1965 , after which it was replaced by Firemist Silver. Inca Silver was also used as an undercoat for Candy Apple Red finishes before Fender switched to a gold base in 1965.

This metallic paint contains finer metallic particles than the Silversparkle version of NitorLACK, creating a more subtle sheen. The color is best used over a white basecoat and always requires a clear, high-gloss topcoat of polyurethane or nitrocellulose to protect the metallic sheen and add depth. The paint applies very evenly and is also suitable as a basecoat for other semi-transparent colors .
