The NitorLACK N480058112 NitorTINT Oak is a concentrated 250ml stain with a warm oak color, ideal for staining wooden musical instruments such as guitars and basses. The stain offers maximum transparency, allowing the natural wood structure and grain to remain beautifully visible. This makes the product ideal for those who want a classic, natural look while preserving the wood's character.
This universal colorant can be diluted with solvent, water, or alcohol and can be applied with a cloth, spatula, or spray gun. It can also be used to color lacquer layers. For optimal application, a dilution of 3% to 10% is recommended, depending on the chosen application method. When used on wood types with a pronounced grain, such as flamed or quilted maple, a heightened 3D effect can be achieved in combination with contrasting colors.
