The Sire V8 S4/TS is the flagship model in Sire's V8 series, finished in a classic Tobacco Sunburst finish. This 4-string active bass is built with a swamp ash body and a roasted maple neck and fingerboard, finished with EDGELESS™ beveled fingerboard edges for a superior playing experience. The torrefaction process gives the wood the resonance and feel of years of playing—a premium feature that adds another dimension to this bass.
Featuring Marcus Super-J Revolution pickups with '70s pickup spacing and the powerful Marcus Heritage-3 preamp system with midrange control, this bass delivers exceptional clarity, detail, and versatility. The Heavy Mass II bridge provides excellent sustain and stability, and the instrument comes with an official Sire gig bag for maximum protection. This bass is designed for players who demand top-quality sound, playing comfort, and aesthetics.
