The Spira B-400 MBK is a modern 4-string electric bass built for a tight and powerful bass foundation. The active Spira Villain soapbar pickups deliver high output with clear definition in the low and mid-range, keeping bass lines clear and tight, whether playing clean or more aggressively in rock, metal, or modern pop productions.
The roasted poplar body provides a light yet resonant foundation. The Canadian roasted maple neck with a Modern D profile feels stable and plays fast across the entire 34-inch scale length. The roasted maple fretboard with 24 jumbo frets gives a direct response and ample space for fast runs and tight grooves. The fixed bridge and black hardware keep the tuning stable and make the bass suitable for intensive use on stage or in the studio.
