Thomastik Infeld VIT-01-O violin string E-1 4/4, stainless steel, titanium design (tm)

The Thomastik Infeld VIT-01-O E-string for 4/4 violin combines stainless steel with a titanium design, resulting in a bright, projecting tone that responds well to both arco and pizzicato. The ball end is titanate and removable, with a specially treated surface for durability and consistent response under varying tempos. Designed as a gut replacement, this string also blends effortlessly with synthetic core strings or pure gut strings in orchestral and chamber music. For players seeking stable intonation and a warm, balanced tone for both tightly executed chamber music and rich orchestral passages, the VIT-01-O offers clear value. The Vision Titanium Orchestra design philosophy contributes to readability and longevity without sacrificing response or dynamics, increasing repertoire flexibility and ensuring consistent performance regardless of playing style or hall acoustics.
