Scott Cao STA17E155 viola 15.5" (39.5cm), European maple & spruce, patinated lacquer This Student series violin is created to meet the needs of every student as they begin to feel more comfortable with their instrument.
These instruments are a combination of:

These criteria create the ideal tone and playability for both children and adults.

The brown/amber lacquer is oil-based with an antique finish and a beautiful gold base.

All STA17E violins are handcrafted with European flamed maple back and sides, a European maple neck, a European spruce top, an ebony fingerboard, tuning pegs, and chinrest. These instruments are assembled in our main workshop in Guangzhou with steel strings, a simple bridge, and a tailpiece with fine tuners.
