As Sire's flagship model, this model combines classic jazz bass design with modern playability. The North American alder body delivers a full, defined tone with strong midrange and deep bass. The maple neck with an ebony fingerboard and beveled Edgeless™ fingerboard edges offers a comfortable grip and a luxurious playing feel normally found only in custom shop models.

Thanks to the Marcus Super-J Revolution pickups and the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp with 3-band EQ and mid-range control, this bass is exceptionally versatile. Whether you play actively or passively, you always maintain complete control over volume, tone, and pickup balance. The Marcus Heavy Mass bridge provides extra sustain and punch, while the bone nut and premium tuners contribute to stable tuning and a clean tone.
