With the classic sound of the '50s and '60s, the TAD 6L6WGC-STR offers superb tone and maximum longevity. Ideal for vintage tweed and blackface amplifiers like the 1960 Bassman, Twin, Showman, or Super Reverb. Enjoy a complex midrange and sweet highs that are in a class of their own.
These tubes are a remake of the smaller GE6L6GC and retain the warm lower midrange and silky-smooth highs of the classic GE versions. The design features exclusive black anodes, a side getter, gold grid wires, and dual getter construction, with noise-free filaments and a robust 1.2mm glass housing.
At just 80mm tall (without pins), these tubes can also replace 5881 or 6L6WGB tubes. Take your sound to the next level with the TAD 6L6WGC-STR, the perfect choice for a warm, rich tone in jazz or blues. Don't miss this opportunity!
